MyCalender
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how MyCalender handles information when you use calendar.martinsare.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to aremartins801@gmail.com.
Information we handle
- Google account information: your Google email address and OAuth access and refresh tokens when you connect your account.
- Event details: titles, dates, times, time zone, descriptions, and recurring schedule details that you enter.
- Temporary browser data: event form details may be held in your browser session storage while you sign in, so they can be restored after Google redirects you back to MyCalender. Agency-job templates are saved in this browser's local storage and are not uploaded to MyCalender's servers.
How we use Google data
MyCalender uses Google data only to identify your connected account and to create the calendar events you review and ask it to create, and to display upcoming events from your primary calendar so you can remove them through the app, including skipping or changing one occurrence of a recurring event. The app requests the Google email identity and permission to view and manage calendar events.
MyCalender's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Storage, security, and retention
MyCalender has no application database. OAuth tokens and your email are held in an encrypted, HTTP-only browser cookie, protected using a server-side secret. The cookie expires after 30 days. Event form data used during Google sign-in is kept in browser session storage and removed after restoration. Agency-job templates remain in local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. When hosted on Vercel, requests are handled by Vercel infrastructure, which may process limited technical data under its own policies.
You can disconnect Google in MyCalender to clear its local connection cookie. To revoke Google access as well, remove MyCalender from your Google Account connections. Events already created remain in your Google Calendar until you delete them there.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell your information. Data is shared with Google to complete sign-in and calendar operations, and with the hosting provider needed to operate MyCalender. Google and the hosting provider process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their infrastructure may process data in countries outside your own.
Your choices and contact
You can choose what event details to submit, disconnect your account, revoke MyCalender's Google access, or delete events directly in Google Calendar. For questions or privacy requests, email aremartins801@gmail.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as MyCalender changes. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
