What MyCalender does

MyCalender lets you prepare, review, and submit individual, multiple, and recurring events to the primary Google Calendar of the Google account you connect. You are responsible for reviewing event details before confirming.

Your account and events

You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and for ensuring that the details and schedule you submit are accurate. Events successfully created by MyCalender are stored and managed by Google and are subject to your Google account settings and Google's terms.

Acceptable use

Use MyCalender only with accounts and calendars you are authorized to access, and only in compliance with applicable laws and Google's terms. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

Availability and changes

MyCalender is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Google sign-in or event creation may be unavailable or fail, and a result reported by MyCalender should be checked in Google Calendar if confirmation is needed. The service or these terms may change, and MyCalender may be suspended or discontinued.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyCalender is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed appointments, or errors in events you submit. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
